The Senior Campaign Manager owns the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns for SomaScan, from planning and audience segmentation through launch, performance tracking, and optimization. This role sits at the execution center of Digital and Growth Marketing, translating brand and revenue objectives into campaigns that run across digital and traditional channels, and is the primary owner of paid media strategy and HubSpot-based campaign workflows. The role works cross-functionally to keep campaigns consistent and effective, and is accountable for the data measuring success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and revenue objectives.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from planning and audience segmentation to launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Digital to maintain campaign consistency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee paid media strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimizing targeting and creative based on performance insights.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Pardot to build workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to boost conversion rates and ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, build campaign dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders to guide data‑driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through optimization, ideally in a B2B or life sciences environment.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and/or Pardot), including workflow and lead nurture build.
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and campaign‑level budget management.
  • Comfort with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to drive conversion improvements.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative around a single campaign plan.
  • Ability to build and present clear performance dashboards and translate campaign data into recommendations for stakeholders.
