  • Manage relationships with third-party IT providers, consultants, software vendors, and technology partners.
  • Lead technology projects and implementations from planning through execution, ensuring projects align with business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage the IT operating and capital budgets while providing leadership with visibility into technology investments and expenditures.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and controls that support security, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with executive leadership, operations, engineering, finance, HR, and other departments to understand technology needs and develop practical solutions.
  • Ensure IT practices and systems support applicable cybersecurity, data protection, contractual, and industry requirements.
  • Serve as a hands-on technology leader who can move between strategic planning, project leadership, and day-to-day technical problem solving.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive IT experience, including experience providing leadership or oversight of IT operations.
  • 7+ years of IT experience within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing technology, ERP/MRP systems, and business applications.
  • PLEX ERP/MRP experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and data protection.
  • Experience managing IT projects, technology implementations, outside vendors, and technology budgets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working at both the strategic and hands-on technical levels.
