Assembler to join a growing trailer manufacturing team in
Litchfield, MN . In this role, you will assemble and install custom cabinets and interior components for specialty trailers using modern composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
What's an average day like as an Assembler? - Assemble cabinets, storage compartments, and interior trailer components according to blueprints and work instructions
- Measure, cut, fit, and install composite materials and related hardware
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
- Install hinges, latches, drawer slides, countertops, and other finish components
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
What we look for in an Assembler: - Previous assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, manufacturing, or trailer/RV experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience - Cabinet assembly or woodworking
- Composite material fabrication or assembly
- Trailer, RV, marine, or specialty vehicle manufacturing
- Laminate installation and finish work
Schedule: - 1st shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm
